We’re excited to share with you our brand new website!
Thanks for your patience whilst we built the full website, following our merger. You can now access everything you need in one place without having to visit one of our old sites.
Here you can pay your rent, book a repair, report an issue like ASB, get advice or find out what’s happening in your community, including the new homes we’re building.
Watch our short video to give you a quick tour of the main areas to help you get familiar.

A big thank you to everyone that shared their views in our resident survey last year – all 700 of you! And to those of you who took part in our focus groups and testing – you all helped us build the new site to meet your needs.
Now that the new site is live, we’ll be ‘retiring’ our old sites for Melin Homes and Newport City Homes on Tuesday 22 September. From then, if you try and visit them, you’ll be redirected here, to your ‘new home’ instead.
As with all websites, they’re never really finished, and we’ll continue to add more information and advice along with news and events to keep you updated.
We hope you enjoy exploring the new site! If you have any feedback to share, please contact us.
