Visit us in person
If you want to speak to us in person, you can visit us at one of our offices when our reception is open.
Our office drop-in times are:
- Nexus House – reception is open Tuesday 1pm-4pm and Friday 10am-1pm.
- Pontypool – reception is open Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.
- Bettws – reception is open Monday 1-4pm.
- Ringland – reception is open Thursdays 1-4pm.
