Our performance

We’re committed to being open and transparent about our work and how we’re doing in meeting our vision, goals and priorities.

Annual Report and Financial Statements

The annual report is a snapshot of our performance over the past 12 months, and the financial statements are a summary of how much we’ve spent to do everything.

Together, they let residents and stakeholders review our performance and make comparisons with other associations.

Self-evaluation

Hedyn is regulated by the Welsh Government and follows the Regulatory Framework.

Each year we prepare and publish our self-evaluation. This includes our opinion on how we’re performing against the regulatory standards. It’s owned by our Board and covers all aspects of how we work, from the services we provide, how we’re governed to how we remain financially strong.

We take care to use our latest insight, intelligence, and feedback to inform our assessment. With resident feedback at the centre, we provide an open and honest view of how we’re doing.

It’s not a one-off exercise. We keep our self-evaluation under review throughout the year, using it to support continuous improvement. Overall, we believe we’re performing well. However, we know we need to do more to improve.
