About the build
This work involves several phases of regeneration.
The first phase at Cot Farm brought 55 new family homes. The second phase involved relocating the shopping centre and building 38 modern apartments.
Still to come are 120 more homes, with a range of options to suit all needs, as well as more parking options and landscaping work.
Our regeneration in Ringland is closely linked with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board’s new integrated Health and Wellbeing Centre. This way, we’re helping create connected communities where everyone can live well.
